The Scanpan Classic 11" Covered Saute Pan is a wonderful everyday pan that's quickly become a home chef favorite. Each piece has a patented ceramic titanium coating on a compressed aluminum core for fast and even heat distribution. All aluminum components are made from recycled material. Nonstick surface is made without the chemical PFOA. Improved ceramic titanium nonstick surface allows the use of any utensil, including metal. Glass lid fits snugly and allows you to monitor food as it's being cooked. Cookware is oven safe up to 500 degreesF. Guaranteed not to warp; a good choice for ceramic cook tops.
